PandA Notary provides mobile notary services, remote online notarization (where permitted by law), apostille processing, loan signing services, document authentication, and related document services. Services are subject to availability and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. You are responsible for ensuring that all documents presented for notarization or processing are complete and legally eligible for the requested service.
Fees for services will be disclosed before services are performed. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by contacting PandA Notary. Certain travel or administrative fees may apply if a notary has already been dispatched or work has begun.
PandA Notary is not responsible for delays caused by customers, government agencies, shipping carriers, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of PandA Notary and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
